At Bluemercury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Log into your Bluemercury account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
